Product Introduction
The characteristics of sodium bentonite waterproof blanket (GCL)
are mainly reflected in its waterproof and impermeable ability,
construction convenience and environmental adaptability.
Product Properties
1. Excellent waterproof performance: Sodium bentonite has a strong
water absorption, can absorb water equivalent to several times its
own weight, and expand to form a gel, effectively prevent water
penetration.
2. Low permeability: The permeability coefficient of sodium
bentonite waterproof blanket is very low, usually far below 1×10^-9
cm/s, which can provide long-term reliable waterproof effect.
3. Versatility: In addition to being waterproof and impermeable,
the sodium-bentonite waterproof blanket can also be used as a
geosynthetic material for other geoengineering applications such as
reinforcement, isolation and filtration.
4. Economy: Compared with other waterproof materials, sodium
bentonite waterproof blanket has a higher cost performance and can
reduce engineering costs.
Product Application
1. Environmental engineering: Used for the basic treatment and
capping of waste landfill, to solve the problem of sealing,
isolation and leakage prevention, with good results and strong
destructive resistance.
2. Water conservancy engineering: Used in underground reservoirs,
channels, rivers and other projects, to provide waterproof and
impermeable function, enhance the stability of the structure.
3. Civil engineering: Used as a waterproof layer in underground
buildings such as basements, subways, tunnels, and underground
passages to improve the durability and reliability of the project.
