Production Introduction
Glass fiber geoglass is an excellent geosynthetic material used for pavement reinforcement, old road reinforcement, subgrade reinforcement and soft soil foundation. It is made of high-strength alkali-free glass fiber through the international advanced warp knitting process made of mesh substrate, surface coating treatment and made of semi-rigid products. It has high tensile strength and low elongation in both warp and weft directions, and has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, low cold resistance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance.
Production Property
1. High tensile strength, low elongation: glass fiber geoglide is
made of glass fiber as raw material, has a high deformation
resistance, and the fracture elongation is less than 3%.
2. No long-term creep: As a reinforcement material, it is extremely
important to have the ability to resist deformation under long-term
load, that is, creep resistance, and the glass fiber will not
creep, which ensures that the product can maintain long-term
performance.
3. Thermal stability: The melting temperature of the glass fiber is
above 1000, which ensures the stability of the glass fiber geoglass
to withstand heat in the paving operation.
4. Compatibility with asphalt mixture: The material coated in the
post-treatment process is designed for the asphalt mixture, each
fiber is fully coated, and has a high compatibility with the
asphalt, thus ensuring that the glass fiber geogles will not be
isolated from the asphalt mixture in the asphalt layer, but firmly
combined together.
5. Physical and chemical stability: After special post-treatment
agent coating treatment, glass fiber geogrid can resist all kinds
of physical wear and chemical erosion, but also resist biological
erosion and climate change, to ensure that its performance is not
affected.
6. Aggregate lock and restriction: Because the glass fiber geoglage
is a mesh structure, the aggregate in the asphalt concrete can be
penetrated through it, thus forming a mechanical lock.
