Warp Knitted Polyester Geogrid Has Excellent Resistance To Ultraviolet Aging And Wear
Production Introduction
Warp knitted polyester geoglage is a kind of grid grey cloth made of high strength polyester industrial filament by warp knitted directional weaving technology, and then coated into geoglage
Production Property
1. High strength: The warp knitted polyester geoglyph grid has a
very high tensile strength and modulus, which can effectively
improve the bearing capacity and stability of the soil.
2. Low creep: Due to its high modulus and low elongation, the warp
knitted dacron gegrates are not prone to deformation in long-term
use and maintain structural stability.
3. Durability: The material has excellent resistance to UV aging
and wear, suitable for a variety of harsh environments.
4. Light weight and high strength: Compared with other types of
geoglyph, warp knitted polyester geoglyph is light in weight, but
high in strength, and easy to construction and transportation.
Production Application
1. Road engineering: Used for soft soil foundation treatment and
reinforcement of highways, railways and municipal roads to improve
the strength of roadbed and delay the occurrence of road reflection
cracks.
2. Hydraulic engineering: reinforcement and isolation in hydraulic
structures such as DAMS and rivers to enhance the protection
ability of the foundation and improve the bearing capacity and
stability of the foundation.
3. Slope reinforcement: used to strengthen the bank and embankment
slope to prevent landslide and collapse.
4. Retaining wall and slope protection: used in strengthening the
retaining wall on the side of the railway and various foundations
to extend the service life.
